internet protocol (VOIP), chat, or email. Our web-based screens allow links to your
web page enabling data storage on your system. Captured data can be
sent to you daily, hourly, or immediately through email, fax or

implement, manage and analyze comprehensive sales and marketing
campaigns.

Our "Real Time" Auto
Fax/Email Service enables us to instantly fax/email your
call information to you as soon as it is taken by our Teleservice
Representatives. This allows you to respond to leads
while they are "hot".

For each order our
computerized media sourcing automatically identifies the
source broadcast station call letters for each order,
based on the caller's zip code or mileage radius.

An automatic, hour by
hour activity report is generated which displays the
performance of our representatives, sales volume, media
impact, survey results, aggregate calls, and other data.
This helps to insure the highest level of customer
service.
A report of the previous
day's activity is delivered to you each business day. Our
technology provides us with the ability to transmit
information to you in a variety of ways, including email,
file transfer protocol (FTP),
or direct computer link.
Information can also be
sent to multiple locations such as fulfillment vendors,
media buyers, etc.
